Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full product refund.  (Certain exceptions do apply.)  Returns or exchange may be made on a purchase within 45 days from the order date.  For product refund, items must be in the same condition received, include the original packaging and must include any provided accessories.  Returns must include an RMA number which can be obtained by emailing LBL customer service at Contact@LowBlueLights.com. Note: Returns without an RMA number will be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Our policy allows products to be returned for a refund within 45 days of the order date as long as the item is in its original condition and includes the original packaging  If an item is deemed defective within 45 days of the order date, return it to LowBlueLights.com with the proper RMA number and we will replace it with an identical item.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  We cannot accept returns for any reason after 45 days of the order date.

LowBlueLights.com will only pay the return shipping charge if the return is a direct result of our error (you received an incorrect item).  In this instance, we will reship the correct item at no charge.  The return shipping amount will be refunded back to the purchasing customer’s credit card.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided causing an order to be rejected, returned back to us or for some reason or causes it to be shipped to an incorrect address, the order will be cancelled.  Upon receipt the errant shipment back to our facility, the order will be refunded less the shipping charge.  Refunds will be issued within 1-3 business days from the date of such return.

Returned filters, either acrylic or vinyl, which have been unpackaged or used in any way will be assessed a 20% processing fee.

All shipping charges assessed on orders are non-refundable.  No exceptions can be made.

Exchanges:

LowBlueLights.com understands selecting the correct eyewear without trying a pair on can sometimes be difficult.  We have tried to present images of our glasses from multiple angles as well as dimensional images that should provide all the necessary information needed to choose the proper style and size.  We always want our customers to be completely satisfied so we allow eyewear exchanges within the 45 days of the shipping date.  Customers will need to contact us at  Contact@LowBlueLights.com in order to receive their RMA number.  Once you’ve received an RMA number, return only the eyewear (no pouch or zipper case) in a protected package.   Damaged eyewear or exchanges that are not successfully returned to our facility will not be refunded.  Exchanges should be sent to:

Once we have received the tracking number of package containing original eyewear, we will reship the replacement glasses.  This will speed up time for receiving the exchange product considerably.    LowBlueLights.com is not responsible for return shipping costs however we do pay the cost to send the replacement eyewear back to customers.  If by chance the second pair does not fit, a second replacement can be shipped however the customer will responsible for both the return cost and the reshipping cost.  The replacement period remains at 45 days from the original order shipment date.  Exceptions cannot be made.
