A. Yes, but you still need to avoid exposing your eyes to ordinary light during the night when going to the nursery, for example, in your bedroom or bathroom or hallway.

A. We recommend the lowest wattage blue blocking lamp that provides enough light for you to read comfortably. 

Q. I notice you sell amber night lights. Are they a good idea for the nursery?

A. We think darkness is the best idea but using amber nightlights may be a close second choice. Using bright blue-blocking light in the nursery is fine but they should be turned off when the baby is sleeping.
