This 120 Volt CFL bulb has a coating that effectively removes the blue light responsible for suppressing melatonin production at night. This bulb is perfect for low light areas such as nurseries and for use in general background lighting. Its lifespan is approximately 10,000 hours. [Measures 4.6″H & 1.85″ in diameter.]
