Blue-Free Motion Sensor Light

LowBlueLights introduces its first motion sensor light.  This unique compact hexagonal shaped light, equipped with six blue-free LEDs, is the ideal hands-free way to illuminate that essential middle of the night trip while preserving melatonin production.  The hexagonal shape makes it easy to place on any shelf.  The motion sensor light also has a magnet embedded in its back, so one can conveniently attach it to any magnetic metal surface such as a refrigerator or shelf.  Included is a metal disk with adhesive for mounting in an area where no magnetic surface is present.  Also included is a small sash for hanging and a USB charging cable.  The unit can be charged using the charging cable and a standard USB (100V-240V) mobile phone charger or USB computer port.

The motion sensor light has a three position switch.  In the “ON” position, it continuously emits light.  In the middle “OFF” position, the unit is off.  In the “AUTO” position, the motion sensor will turn on the light in darkness when one passes within 15 feet of the unit and within a 120 degree area.  It will stay on until one leaves the room or ceases moving, and will turn off after approximately 20 seconds.

Initially charge the motion sensor light until the red indicator light is no longer illuminated.  This may take up to two hours.  If the motion sensor light will not be used for an extended period, slide the switch to the “OFF” position to reduce battery loss.  Charge the light periodically, especially if the light seems to be getting dimmer.

The motion sensor detects infrared energy given off by humans in the form of heat.  Excessive heat, cold or humidity may alter the sensor response.
