Blue Light Free Light Bulbs

Blue Free Light Bulbs or blue-blocking lights emit zero blue light and are used in the hours before bedtime to promote sleep. Exposure to blue light can disrupt your circadian rhythm as your brain thinks it is daytime. By using blue-free light it allows your brain to know that it is dusk or night time which tells your brain that it is time to produce melatonin so that you can get better sleep. Blue Light Free Light

Blue light-free light is generally orange as that is the opposite color on the color spectrum. When a light is orange or amber that is a good indicator that there is less to zero blue light. Our blue free lights are certified 100% blue free.
