- This is not magic. This will help you do what you know you need to do.
Q. What else should I do?
- Put on the glasses at the same time each evening and expose your eyes to a lot of light during the day. Keeping the circadian rhythm in synch with the clock on the wall will help.
Q. Will just using the glasses make me lose weight?
- Not if the increase in loss of fat is balanced by higher input of food.
